CRG was founded by CINTIA ROMAN-GARBELOTTO in 2004. She felt the need to help the community of Rocky Mount and give back to her country in gratitude for the training she had received all along her career, especially after she became part of a cultural exchange program in North Carolina, USA.

Cintia Roman-Garbelotto Academic Director Cintia studied at the University of Morón, where she graduated as a Certified English Translator. She worked as an EFL kindergarten teacher during the first five years of her career. At the same time, she worked for several language institutes and corporations teaching English and Spanish as foreign languages. She also worked for the University of La Matanza. She founded Multimedia English, offering the first Online English classes in Argentina in 1996. In 1992, she improved her English at the University of California in Berkeley and in 2000 she attended teacher training seminars in London and Brighton, in England. She was an Educational Consultant for Oxford University Press Argentina, visiting schools and giving talks in the Northern area of Buenos Aires as well as Tandil, Azul and Olavarría for two years. Also in 2000, she went back to school and began her Bachelor's of arts in English as a Foreign Language at UADE (Universidad Argentina de la Empresa). She finished her last two subjects online, due to her participation in the cultural exchange program that caused her to move to the USA, where she became a certified Spanish teacher. Cintia was a Spanish Teacher at Rocky Mount High School. In 2005, she became the school webmaster and Spanish Club Coordinator. She also taught ESL and Technology in Spanish at Nash Community College and traveled back to Argentina to work on CRG Argentina's teacher training sessions and her Master's in Distance Learning Education at the University of Morón, Buenos Aires. She finished all classes and she is currently working on her research for her thesis. She is also a Spanish teacher at Rawlinson Road Middle School in Rock Hill, SC as part of the Visiting International Faculty Program. Top Rudolph Garbelotto Managing Director Top
